Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of D2CDash (the "Service"), a software-as-a-service platform operated by ADKART MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U22300HR2018PTC075100), having its office at SCO 39, Sector 17, Jagadhri, Yamunanagar, Haryana 135003, India ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
D2CDash is an online analytics platform that connects to your ad accounts, e-commerce store and shipping partners to report performance, profit and delivery metrics. The Service is provided over the internet; no physical goods are sold or shipped.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the business you register.
3. Plans and payment
- Access to the Service requires a paid subscription at the prices shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, and your workspace is activated once payment is received.
- We may issue promotional codes (for example to founding brands) that grant a period of free access. When that period ends, continued use requires a paid subscription.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees for customers in India and in US Dollars elsewhere. ADKART MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is currently not registered under GST, so no GST is charged on subscriptions.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the outstanding amount is paid.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Your data
- You retain ownership of all data you connect or upload ("Customer Data"). You grant us permission to process it solely to provide the Service to you.
- You confirm you have the right to share Customer Data with us, including any personal data of your own customers, and that you comply with applicable data-protection laws for that data.
- Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party platforms
The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce and shipping aggregators) using access you authorise. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, data accuracy, policy changes or actions they take on your accounts. Actions you trigger through D2CDash on those platforms (for example pausing an ad or changing a budget) are taken on your instruction.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorised access, reverse engineering, reselling access without our consent, or using it for unlawful purposes.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, add or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce functionality of a paid plan.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Metrics, projections and recommendations in D2CDash are estimates based on data from connected platforms and are provided for decision support only; they are not financial, tax or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or ad spend.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination you may request an export of your Customer Data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Yamunanagar, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
