Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to D2CDash subscriptions sold by ADKART MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

Promotional access

We do not offer an open free trial. Promotional codes (such as founding-brand codes) may grant a period of free access; when it ends, your workspace is paused until you subscribe — you are never charged automatically for promotional access.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

• Subscription fees are paid monthly in advance and are non-refundable for partially used billing periods.
• If you are charged in error — for example a duplicate payment, or a charge after a cancellation that took effect — contact us within 7 days and we will refund the erroneous amount in full.
• If a prolonged outage caused by us prevents you from using the Service, we may offer a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer.
