Service Delivery Policy

D2CDash is a software-as-a-service product delivered entirely online by ADKART MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. No physical goods are shipped.
How access is delivered
- Account creation: your account is created immediately at signup on app.d2cdash.com. If you apply a valid promotional code, access starts immediately.
- Paid subscriptions: access to your plan's features is activated immediately after successful payment, usually within minutes. If activation takes longer than 24 hours, contact us and we will resolve it.
- Data setup: once you connect your store, ad accounts and shipping partners, historical data is imported automatically; large histories can take a few hours to finish.

The Service is available online worldwide, subject to the availability of the third-party platforms you connect.
